Melt chips, sea salt & butter all together. To melt all items fill one pan up with water and place on the stove top until hot and boiling. Place all "melting" ingredients together in another pan - place pan 2 directly inside pan 1 of water. Stir until everything melts. Once mixed thoroughly add in coconut and spoon drop onto wax paper. Place in the freezer or fridge until harden.
