Ingredients

1 32oz package of frozen cubed hash browns
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 quart 1/2 and 1/2
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (can also use marble jack)
2/3 cup parmesean cheese
1 cup crushed French's Fried Onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Place hash browns into a 9 x 13 pan
Melt butter into half and half on low heat.
Pour butter/half and half over hash browns.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella, 1 cup of cheddar, 1/3 cup of parmesean and 2/3 cup of French's Fried Onions on top.  Lightly push down so that all cheese and onions are covered by butter/half and half mixture.  Add the rest of mozzarella, cheddar cheese and french fried onions.  Press down gently.  Sprinkle the rest of parmesean cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 - 30 minutes.
