Ingredients

1 roll of puff pastry with a cirlce shape
100 g ricotta
1 egg
a few tablespoons of jam (I used apricots)

(For the filling you can use whatever you prefer: Nutella and ricotta, ricotta and chocolate chips, just jam, berries ... etc ... etc ...)

Directions

Roll out the puff pastry roll and cut into 8 wedges. Beat the egg slightly and add a few tablespoons of the ricotta cheese . Place a spoonful on each slice of puff pastry and a little bit 'of jam and egg (do not overdo it with the filling otherwise it comes out!), Roll the slices and turn the cannoli's extremes in order to give them the shape of a croissant .
Put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with remaining egg. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or keep them until they assume a golden brown colour.
