Ingredients

4 handfuls of rice
radicchio half (of the long ones) closed

onion
half a glass of wine
vegetable broth
oil
pepper

Directions

Prepare the broth.
In a large skillet saute the chopped onion with a little olive oil. Add the radicchio, cut into small pieces and rice, saute for a few seconds, then deglaze with the wine.

Add a ladle of broth and let go a low heat until cooked rice, when it dries, add more broth.
Serve and add some pepper.
