Ingredients

10 little tomatoes
200 g tortiglioni
salt
oil
oregano
3 cloves garlic

Directions

Turn the oven to 220 degrees.
Heat up the water to boil tortiglioni.
Wash and cut into 4 slices the tomatoes, if they are very small just cut them in half.
Oil a large baking pan. Place the slices of tomatoes on the baking sheet on a single layer, add the garlic, salt and plenty of oregano, then add more oil.
Bake for 15 min.
Meanwhile tortiglioni boil in salted water (cooking time 11 min) and drain, then pour the tomatoes into the pan, stir and serve.
