Yogurt Cake

1 jar of vanilla yogurt
1 jar of sugar
3 eggs
1 jar of vegetable oil
3 cups flour
1 pinch of salt
1 package yeast
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions
Beat eggs with sugar. Mix the flour separately, with the baking powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Combine beaten eggs with the yogurt, olive oil and mix them all together, then add the dry ingredients and continue to beat a lot (I used an ordinary food processor).
Pour the mixture into a baking pan (I used a 26-cm) lined with baking paper .
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
