Ingredients

1 full chicken, cooked and de-boned
2 tbsp ginger
1 clove of garlic
1 litre of 1/2 and 1/2 cream
3-4 tbsp tandoori masala (it will be quite hot so for less spice add 2 tbsp)
1 can tomato paste
coriander

Plain yogurt (optional)

Directions

Fry ginger and garlic in oil until golden.

Add cream and bring to a boil over low heat.

Add tandoori masala, tomato paste and chicken. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh green coriander.


Top with a dollop of plain yogurt to help cut the spice.
