Cream Puff:

1 cup water
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 cup all purpose flour
4 large eggs
Whipping cream sweetened with SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated, to taste

Chocolate Glaze:

2 tablespoons butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 cup powdered sugar + 1 teaspoon cornstarch, processed in food processor together
3 tablespoons hot milk

Make cream puff:

Preheat oven to 375º F.
Bring water and butter to a boil.
Add flour (all at once) and stir until well mixed.
Remove from heat and cool, slightly.
Beat eggs into the flour mixture, one at a time, and continue mixing until batter leaves the sides of the pan.
Chill mixture until it has cooled down enough to keep its shape when placed on cookie sheet.
Scoop dough onto a non-stick cookie sheet (or lined parchment paper).
Make each mound of dough about the size of a medium plum.
Bake for 35 minutes or until puffs are golden.
Let cool on wire racks.
Sweeten whipping cream to desired sweetness using SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated.
Fill puffs using a pastry bag.
Make chocolate glaze:

Using a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate.
Add powdered sugar and only as much milk as needed to have glaze lump-free.
Drizzle cream puffs with chocolate glaze using a spoon and refrigerate.
